After over 30 years in the metalworks industry, HKG Metals steps into a new chapter with a fresh visual identity that mirrors the same care and precision poured into every weld, joint, and fabricated structure.

Rooted in the concept of ‘metal wellness’, the branding reimagines strength as stability, intention, and peace of mind. This idea comes to life through a series of typographic experiments based on the founder’s initials, HKG, each rendered in a chromed-metallic finish that captures the reflective, technical, and tactile nature of metal itself.



Inspired by industrial materials like iron, copper, brass, and aluminum, the type-led visuals balance mechanical detail with emotional restraint. The identity system stretches across a suite of key visual posters, stationery, staff uniforms, tote bags, and lapel pins offering team-centric affirmations.





Together, these applications express HKG’s quiet confidence—a reminder that even the toughest materials can speak softly when shaped with care.
